Victoria “Tori” Clark is an entrepreneur, hospitality leader, and speaker known for building purpose-driven businesses rooted in culture, resilience, and people-first leadership. She is the Owner and CEO of Spa Luxe, an award-winning luxury spa brand with locations in Georgetown and Austin, where she has built a reputation for redefining the guest experience through intentional leadership, strong team culture, and a commitment to meaningful community impact. In recognition of her entrepreneurial leadership and business success, Tori was honored as the recipient of the prestigious Future Texas Business Legend Award by the Texas Business Hall of Fame. Tori’s entrepreneurial journey began in the transportation industry, where at age 24 she became CEO of a struggling charter bus company and led its turnaround and successful sale just four years later. Through both success and challenge, she discovered that achievement alone does not create fulfillment — purpose does. That realization became the foundation of her leadership philosophy and ultimately guided her transition into the wellness and hospitality industry.
Today, Tori speaks to leaders and professionals about the importance of discovering their “why” — the deeper purpose that fuels resilience, guides decision-making, and creates lasting impact both professionally and personally. Guided by her ‘Be the Domino’ philosophy, emphasizing purpose-driven action and the impact of leading with intention, she shares practical insights on aligning values with action, navigating seasons of growth and uncertainty, and building a life and career driven by intention rather than expectation. Beyond her business endeavors, Tori serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgetown Health Foundation and the Boys & Girls Club of Georgetown and is the Chair-Elect of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about mentoring women and emerging leaders and is deeply committed to supporting organizations that serve underserved youth. Tori is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at Baylor University and lives in Central Texas with her wife, Brittany, and their son, Boston.
