This month's PWOW luncheon speaker is Gena Anderson.
Gena will be giving an interactive talk focused on healthy living entitled "Live Long and Prosper". In this interactive session she will encourage us to learn and apply eight keys to longevity and quality of life, specifically for the busy professional woman. You will walk away with doable next steps to take your health to the next level.

Gena Anderson is a nurse practitioner, small business owner, Bible teacher, author, and wellness coach. She believes the road to wellness is paved in daily choices that honor our minds and bodies and reflect the love of Jesus. She writes, speaks, and teaches because she wants every woman to experience wellness. She is a certified family nurse practitioner and formerly worked for Baylor Scott & White where she and a colleague successfully implemented a nurse practitioner-led weight loss program and she currently works for Front Line Mobile Health where she provides specialized care for police and firefighters. Gena also coaches women to lose weight through her co-owned business, Circle of Grace Wellness Coaching. She loves her family, friends, church, and community and enjoys an active lifestyle, her morning coffee, and an occasional glass of red wine. Her first book was published in 2020, "The Well Woman: a Journey to Wellness Through Loving Jesus," and she has additionally published two Bible studies. Gena and her husband Michael live in Hutto, TX with their two children and when they are not attending their children's school, church, and sports activities they are all being bossed around by their mini-dachshund, Lucky.
