Karen Cerezo
Karen Cerezo spent over a decade in the classroom as a middle school teacher in Round Rock ISD before life and her own body handed her a new curriculum: menopause. What started as her own confusing, isolating transition became a mission.
Today Karen is a nationally board-certified health coach, certified personal trainer, menopause advocate, and TEDx speaker who helps women reclaim their strength, clarity, and confidence through midlife.
She leads an outdoor strength training community for women in Round Rock, is the author of Navigating Menopause, and featured speaker on the PBS Austin special The Pause. Karen believes no woman should have to Google her way through this transition alone and she's built her life's work around making sure they don't have to.
