Dr. Robbin Ray



With over 27 years of higher education leadership, Dr. Robbin Ray has an insatiable appetite for helping others maximize their potential.  She has been dedicated to fostering innovation, promoting college completion, and establishing regional partnerships to advance the mission of community college.  As the Associate Vice President and Chief of Operation for East Williamson County Centers, Robbin has worked her way up from an entry-level position to earn her seat at the executive table.  She earned her degrees from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor holding a Doctorate of Education and a Master’s of Business Administration.  While overseeing Temple College campus locations in Hutto and Taylor, she works with all departmental areas to implement and support college wide student success.
